I've been saving all my sick leave to extend my vacation, and its finally comming. Where I'm going well thats the big question.

Thailand would be her first choice but I'm aiming for some where more exotic like, the southern islands of Indonesia or the remote islands of the Philippines.

After looking for the perfect place and sadly fighting with my wife on where to go, a compromise was made; we were going to all the places. Joining a sailing and diving vacation was the solution. After looking at hundreds of brochures and vacation tapes, we finally found the right one. With a budget of $3000 dollars per person its going to be a very interesting trip, and to make things even more ironic I found the boat with just searching Google and that was that!

Bargain hunters are now starting to search online for the biggest post summer sale. I first came aware of this from my friend Jack, when he would continuously check his phone during dinner. Completely ignoring my perfectly good steak, I started asking him what he up to, he told me he was getting constant updates from his phone comming from several Ebay auctions he was bidding on.

Looking at the prices and the items he was bidding on, this guy was bidding on the best equipment for almost half the price. The reason for the sale is simple, a lot of people love to try out a new sport and some of them buy an entire set of equipment without even making sure if they plan to continue doing it. That's when the sale begins, people often want to get rid of their gear when they get tired storing them. Another reason whould be the lack of interest in the sport but most of the time its tha lack of storage.

I am completely hooked on Ebay and I'm bidding on almost 5 auctions at a time. I am sure to win one or two and get some slightly used high end gear I can use for my next diving adventure.
